Qualifications

• Mechanical field experience equivalent to a 4th-year union apprentice or higher with hands-on exposure to commercial HVAC systems.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Professional certifications such as CEM, CMVP, or BCxP (Building Commissioning Professional)

Responsibilities

• Analyze BAS and operational trend data to evaluate HVAC system performance.
• Identify and diagnose system-level performance issues across air-side and water-side systems.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, or operators to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support continuous commissioning or fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) efforts in occupied buildings
