Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4+ years in customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and procedures.
• Strong communication with managers, clients and the public.
• Ability to calculate figures, discounts, percentages and volumes.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise employees.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and monitor performance.
• Train employees in responsibilities and safe operating procedures.
• Interview candidates and recommend hires.
• Review inventory for rotation and prevent shrinkage.
• Supervise stocking, merchandising and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate merchandising and signage; perform weekly self audits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
