Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Smallwares Manager to oversee all smallwares operations, from inventory to merchandising and team performance. The role ensures product availability, accurate stock levels, and adherence to company standards while supporting sales and operational efficiency.

The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, experience with inventory control, and leadership abilities in a retail/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and merchandising.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily smallwares operations to ensure product availability, organization, and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stock control, replenishment, and monitoring.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to company standards.
• Supervise and manage department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate merchandising, product placement, and promotional displays.
• Monitor inventory trends, discrepancies, and shrink to identify and address concerns.
• Oversee receiving and stocking activities to ensure accurate processing and placement of product.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational standards.
