Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned Clinical Data leader to grow and sustain the customer base for Clinical Data, while developing a strategic vision for adoption across emerging and mid-size sponsors. You will manage key stakeholder relationships and leverage networks to accelerate value realization across our data products.

With strong communication and presentation skills, you will guide both business and IT executives through adoption, scaling, and ongoing evolution of Clinical Data

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a product company, CRO, or Sponsor in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in creating study pipelines and selling technology in a study-by-study manner desirable.
• Industry data management and/or consulting experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development desirable.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions.
• Ability to hold meaningful conversations with business and IT executives regarding Clinical Data introduction, adoption, and scaling.
• Understanding of clinical data industry trends.
• Understanding of global product development, clinical trial process, regulations.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations.
• Strong project management ability to prioritize and delegate work to focus on the highest impact areas.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Industry data management and/or consulting experience
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development desirable

Compensation

• Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
