A.R. Mazzotta is hiring Manufacturing Associates in the Old Saybrook area for 1st shift. Work involves deburring small parts, precision assembly, and inspection in a clean production environment. Paid training provided; overtime may be available.

You should have experience with small parts and a strong eye for detail. The role starts as contract-to-hire with the potential to join the client team permanently, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay is $19/hour.

Are you experienced working with small parts and have a strong eye for detail? We're hiring Manufacturing Associates for a clean, welcoming production environment where quality and precision matter. This position focuses on deburring small manufactured parts, with hands-on, paid training provided. Experience working with small components through deburring, precision assembly, soldering, inspection, or microscope work is highly valued.

What You'll Do
