Job summary

A.R. Mazzotta is hiring Manufacturing Associates in the Old Saybrook area for 1st shift. Work involves deburring small parts, precision assembly, and inspection in a clean production environment. Paid training provided; overtime may be available.

You should have experience with small parts and a strong eye for detail. The role starts as contract-to-hire with the potential to join the client team permanently, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay is $19/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous small-part manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with deburring, precision assembly, soldering, or inspection preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work with small parts.
