Job summary

Nippon Paint Automotive Americas is hiring a Batch Filling Technician in the United States. You will own the batch-filling process, prep the Automated Pail Filling Room, verify scales and load cells, and keep mixers and filling systems running smoothly.

You will work with Operations to move orders, package goods, label accurately, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards. A focus on quality and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures and batch tickets precisely.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot filling equipment and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated pail filling systems and related equipment.
• Package finished goods and label per customer IDs.
• Use forklift to stage, move, and store materials safely.
• Identify off‑quality conditions and initiate corrective actions.
• Enter orders using SAP, MS Access, and MS Office to complete LPP processes.
• Keep production areas clean and audit-ready; monitor equipment uptime.

Your day at NPAAStep into our Small Paint Plant (SPP) and set the pace for safe, reliable, and precise paint production. As a Batch Filling Technician, you own the batch-filling process—prepping the Automated Pail Filling Room, verifying scales and load cells, and keeping mixers and filling systems humming.
