Job summary

Printswell INC in Pelham, Alabama, is seeking a Print Production Equipment/Bindery Operator to join our team. You will set up and operate semi-automated paper cutting and finishing equipment and learn on the job with hands-on training.

This full-time, permanent position offers a stable daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-3:30PM) with benefits in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Prior print-finishing experience is a plus, but not required as we train the right candidate.

The Bindery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automated paper cutting and finishing equipment. Prior print-finishing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
