Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 48 college credits; or Passed the Para Pro test.
• Experience working with children; in an educational setting preferred.
• Experience with CPI training if necessary.
• Experience working with children with Special Education services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students' instructional needs under teachers' guidance.
• Assist across content areas in small or whole group settings.
• Support self‑regulation and behavior management.
• Provide sensory supports and breaks as needed.
• Assist communication between peers and staff, including assistive technology.
• Support transitions during arrival/dismissal and between classes.
• Contribute to development of social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
• Review IEPs as needed.
