Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines.
• Ability to clearly explain diagnosis and repair to customers.
• Must observe safety and security procedures.
• Desire to contribute to a positive team environment.
• Operate with integrity and uphold company values.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of small engine theory (2 and 4 stroke).
• Certifications in major brands (Honda, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton) preferred.
• Master certification is a plus.
• Experience with electrical systems and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Source and order parts for customers.
• Diagnose and repair small engines/equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of brand lines and private labels.
• Complete all required reports and forms.
