Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in service repairs.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and following technical manuals.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment.
• Competency in using service advisor and basic computer functions.
• Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma and valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including AMS products.
• Engage in Service EDUCATE Training programs to improve technical skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of John Deere products and competitive equipment.
• Ensure the proper upkeep of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized, demonstrating professionalism.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and promptly.
• Track and record time and materials used for each assignment.
