Job summary

Sunshine Quality Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment for customers and dealers. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance, including AMS products, while staying current with industry advancements.

Reporting to multiple levels of management, you will also participate in ongoing training, maintain tools and inventory, and ensure safety protocols and accurate documentation are followed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in service repairs.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment.
• Competency in using service advisor and basic computer functions.
• Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma and valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including AMS products.
• Engage in ongoing Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere products and competitive equipment for informed service recommendations.
• Ensure upkeep of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment for a safe work environment.
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately and promptly.
