Job summary

Summit Lawn and Landscape is seeking a dedicated Small Engine Mechanic to keep our fleet and equipment in top condition. You will repair and service mowers, trimmers, blades, and trailers, and perform oil changes and tire installations as needed.

We offer competitive pay from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, a sign-on bonus, referral bonuses, and paid training with safety programs. Expect newer trucks, uniforms, PPE, and periodic company events to boost team spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, shears, blowers, etc.
• Ability to perform oil changes, tire installs and blade sharpening on mowers.
• Maintain shop, perform inspections and basic trailer repairs as needed.

SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC

Come work for us! We're hiring for a small engine mechanic who can help keep our fleet and equipment in top shape!

Our ideal candidate can:

• Repair do preventative maintenance onlandscaping equipment like mowers, trimmers, shears,blowers, etc.
• Perform oil changes, install tires andsharpen blades on mowers
• Provide shop maintenance, cleaning and upkeep as needed
• Inspect and repair trailers as needed
• Have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a DOT physical to obtain a medical card

• Sign on bonus of $250 after 90 days, $250.00 at 6 months, and $500.00 at 12 months. (if certain criteria are met)
