Job summary

L&A Utility Solutions Inc. is expanding its Small Cell Division and seeks experienced telecom professionals to join a ground-level role in Charlotte.

No tower climbs; training provided to transition into small cell, utility pole, and right-of-way infrastructure, enabling you to stay closer to home while contributing to telecom projects. You’ll install, test, and commission small cell equipment, install utility poles, troubleshoot telecom systems, and read construction prints.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom or tower environments transitioning to small cell.
• Familiarity with RF, fiber optics, coax cabling, and basic electrical/telecom installation practices.
• Ability to safely operate bucket trucks and work at moderate heights.
• Safety mindset with a clean driving record; OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission small cell equipment and cabling.
• Install utility poles and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and maintain telecom systems and power connections.
• Read and follow construction prints and telecom schematics and communicate with team.
