Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in underwriting at a reputable small business lending company.
• Ability to review credit reports, P&L, balance sheets, and tax returns.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer's personal and business credit.
• Perform a review of customer's bank statements, P&L, balance sheet, and tax return.
• Analyze the customer's ability to service potential debt.
• Generate approvals/declines and determine required stipulations for funding.
• Review stipulations.
• Communicate decisions effectively in both verbal and written forms.
