Job summary

Mosaic Human Capital Solutions is seeking a Procurement Navigator to guide small-business owners through opportunities from identification to submission and follow-up. You will meet clients where they are, explain complex requirements in plain language, and support workshops, outreach, and program reporting to expand participation in contracting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement, strong writing and communication skills, and experience with government contracting and bid processes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in procurement, government contracting, or related fields.
• Familiar with RFP/RFQ processes and procurement systems.
• Ability to read complex solicitation documents and translate requirements.
• Strong writing, presentation, and client-coaching skills.
• Excellent organization with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one guidance to procurement readiness and contracting pathways.
• Identify relevant solicitations and bid opportunities for clients.
• Explain scope, eligibility, and submission requirements.
• Help clients organize compliant response plans and checklists.
• Coach on proposal quality, pricing, and negotiations.
• Manage records of client activity and outcomes.
• Develop workshops and webinars on procurement topics.
• Build relationships with contracting agencies and partners.
• Monitor procurement trends and opportunities.
