Job summary

Citi is hiring a Personal Banker SAFE Act in Plantation, FL. The role supports sales and service activities, building customer loyalty while increasing consumer client sales. You will coordinate with the customer service team to deliver excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities include handling small business referrals, cross-selling treasury products, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with Citigroup policies. bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities
• Build referral business through COIs and MGM program
• Grow small business client base with targeted sales plans
• Deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to deepen relationships and cross-sell products
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals
• Educate clients on service channels and available digital tools
• Ensure adherence to Citibank policies, standards and risk controls
