Citigroup Inc. in Coconut Creek, Florida, is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act to assist in sales, product and service activities in coordination with the customer service team to build loyalty and grow relationships with individual consumer clients.

Responsibilities include handling small business lending referrals under $250K, cross-selling treasury and related products, coaching tellers, educating clients on digital channels, and ensuring compliance with Citi policies and risk

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K, recognize/refer larger lending opportunities and cross sell treasury and related small business products
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the MGM Program
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement appropriate sales plans
• Deliver client services/outbound calls/inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships through cross-sell
• Provide Tellers and other branch staff with coaching and guidance on products and programs, identifying client needs and referrals
• Present product offers/financial solutions and educate clients on service and digital channels
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures and assess risk with ethical judgment
