Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and resolve issues.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new and deepen existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging specialized expertise.
• Recommend financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend additional services.
• Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and follow-up routines.
• Make decisions on client requests and refer to internal partners based on client needs.
• Partner with leaders to provide guidance and coaching to associates during meetings to assist with delivery of an exceptional client experience.
