Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business‑to‑business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills to influence clients effectively.
• Excellent customer service and end‑to‑end client experience management.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance aligning with client goals and needs.
• Builds and deepens client relationships by leveraging the bank's full capabilities.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to suggest suitable services.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management with consistent follow‑up.
• Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed.
• Partners with center leaders and teams to provide guidance and coaching to associates during meetings to enhance client experience.
