The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Commercial/Corporate Banking or related area, plus strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, SBA lending, or related experience.
• Experience analyzing financial information and supporting credit decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process by partnering with sales and credit teams.
• Monitor a portfolio of small business banking relationships for quality and growth.
• Analyze financial information and recommend loan structures based on client needs.
• Ensure portfolio administration and risk management comply with policies and guidelines.
• Serve as a liaison among clients, Relationship Managers, credit partners, and internal teams.
• Collect and review financial statements to support portfolio management.
• Communicate loan rates, terms and renewal expectations with clients.
• Participate in community and business activities to promote the local market.
