Job description

Overview

MVES and OPVES offer a rotating small animal internship focusing on internal medicine, surgery, critical care, emergency medicine, cardiology, oncology, anesthesiology, and neurology. Supported by specialists and more than 15 emergency doctors, the program provides primary case management under specialist supervision, emergency case stabilization, and direct interaction with specialists for referral cases. Interns participate in weekly critical care and surgery rounds, present a one‑hour continuing education lecture, and may publish their research.

Training & Rotations

Interns will receive hands‑on experience in 24‑hour critical care, emergency management, advanced diagnostics (blood gas, chemistry, imaging, ultrasound), and referral services including CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and minimally invasive surgery.
