Job summary

The Joshua School in Centennial, CO is hiring a Speech Language Assistant (SLPA) to deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy under the supervision of an SLP. You will support literacy and social engagement, run communication programs, collect data, and help with IEP-related activities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with ASHA SLPA certification and Colorado licensure; ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and ASHA Certification as SLPA required.
• Colorado Department of Education SLPA licensure required.
• Experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis preferred.
• Minimum age 21 and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted, evidence-based SLPA interventions under supervision.
• Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and specialists to meet IEP goals.
• Assist with speech-language assessments and data collection.
• Support implementation of AAC devices and communication programs.
• Attend IEP meetings and trainings as required.
