Job summary

Soliant, a leading education staffing partner, seeks a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a school-based role in Colorado. Under supervision of a licensed SLP, you’ll implement therapy plans, document progress, and support students’ communication goals with teachers and families.

The ideal candidate holds an associate’s or bachelor’s in SLP assisting and a CO SLPA license, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
• Valid SLPA license or CO certification.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement speech and language therapy activities under supervision.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to support goals.
• Document student performance and progress accurately.
• Assist with therapy materials and maintaining records.
• Support classroom integration of speech strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families as appropriate.
