Job summary

Post Rehab is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor to lead speech therapy services within our skilled nursing facility in Agawam, MA. This full-time role blends clinical care with team leadership to support residents and guide the program.

The ideal candidate will hold an active SLP license, have skilled nursing experience, and demonstrate supervisory capabilities. You will mentor staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor outcomes, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience with dysphagia management and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and treatments for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Oversee daily speech therapy operations and support department workflow.
• Mentor and collaborate with SLP team members and interdisciplinary staff.
• Partner with nursing, rehab leadership, physicians, and families to support resident care plans.
• Monitor documentation, treatment outcomes, and compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and clinical support initiatives.
