Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Oversee daily speech therapy operations and support department workflow.
• Mentor and collaborate with SLP team members and interdisciplinary staff.
• Partner with nursing, rehab leadership, physicians, and families to support resident care plans.
• Monitor documentation, treatment outcomes, and compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and clinical support initiatives.
