Job summary

Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as an SLPA Supervisor for the school year. The role focuses on supervising SLPA staff across school sites and potentially supporting outpatient clinics.

The ideal candidate will mentor SLPAs, ensure Connecticut supervision requirements are met, and collaborate with educators, families, and clinical leadership to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CT licensure are required.
• CCC-SLP certification and experience in school settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs across school sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to assigned SLPAs.
• Review documentation, treatment plans, and data collection.
• Support clinical reasoning and treatment skills development in SLPAs.
• Collaborate with school teams and clinical leadership to ensure service quality.
