Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN daytime role at Heritage Hall Blackstone, Blackstone, VA. You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, while collaborating with therapists and families.

Requirements include a Master's in SLP, a current state license, and CCC-SLP; 1 year of experience preferred. This on-site opportunity offers flexible PRN scheduling and patient-centered mentorship.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
