Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled services under physician orders and coordinate care for patients with diverse communication and swallowing disorders.

Ideal candidates hold a CA SLP license, CCC-SLP, and ASHA membership, with BLS certification. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Speech-Language Pathologist services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under physician’s orders.

Posted Total Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $48.00/hr to $63.33/hr
