Job summary

Anderson School District Five in Anderson, South Carolina seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. Immediate starting date with a $3,000 signing bonus. Serves in Upstate SC with support from a Lead SLP and CF supervision availability.

Position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with speech/language disorders while maintaining compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. Collaboration with staff and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology; SC Certification OR eligible for Certification.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence OR will provide supervision for Clinical Fellowship Year; Licensed by SC Board of Examiners preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and diagnoses speech/language disorders and determines student eligibility for enrollment in the speech/language program.
• Develops goals, objectives, methods, and materials to assist students in achieving their highest potential.
• Provides speech/language services in full compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintains student records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Consults with principals, clinicians, teachers, parents, and other agencies as needed.
