Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Radcliff, KY seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting. Masters degree required with licensure in the state; CCC-SLP preferred or required.

The role entails assessment, treatment planning, and delivering therapy for articulation, language, voice, and swallowing. Travel up to 10% may be required; ongoing education and collaboration with the care team are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Evaluates patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments, standardized tests, and patient interviews.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings, setting measurable goals to address patients’ specific needs.
• Provides therapy to improve patients’ communication skills, including articulation, language comprehension, voice modulation, and fluency, as well as swallowing and feeding abilities.
• Educates patients and their families about the nature of disorders, therapy techniques, and strategies to support progress and enhance communication and swallowing in daily life.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
