Job summary

Cypress Grove Post Acute in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time (and PRN) role. The position involves comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and patient advocacy within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Tennessee SLP licensure, CPR/BLS, and experience in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Current Tennessee SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in post-acute care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
