Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Hayward, CA. The role starts at our Country Drive location with occasional float to the Hayward site to support a small caseload of 1–2 patients.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting, collaborating with rehab teammates and ensuring thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow status.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
• Work collaboratively with a rehab team across multiple sites.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff for effective carryover.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

We’re looking for a dedicated and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hayward, California. This role starts at our Country Drive location, currently serving a caseload of approximately 8 patients, with occasional float to our Hayward site supporting 1–2 patients. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain their communication and swallowing abilities in a supportive rehab environment, we’d love to connect with you.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Current ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow status

BLS certification

Skilled nursing or geriatric care experience preferred

Strong documentation and communication skills
