Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP license in the practicing state.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs encouraged).
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care with neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy to children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with an integrated care model.
• Educate and empower families to apply strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, contributing to leadership growth.
• Maintain documentation and participate in cross-discipline consultations.
