Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions in Bethel, CT is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department.

You will provide comprehensive therapy, collaborate with rehab staff, maintain documentation, and meet licensure requirements. We offer competitive pay rates ($38–$48 per hour depending on credentials) and a generous benefits package to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license or CFY eligibility in the state employed.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a rehab team and be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
