Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full‑time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY for our sub-acute rehab departments in Marlborough and Middletown, CT. The role splits time between two facilities, with travel time paid between sites in a single day.

The ideal candidate holds an CT SLP license or is license eligible, with strong documentation skills and collaboration with therapy and nursing teams. Competitive benefits and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license or license eligible in CT.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab setting preferred.
• Strong documentation skills in MS Office and electronic record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services.
• Demonstrate flexibility with hours and travel between Marlborough and Middletown, CT.
