Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions in Connecticut is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY to join our sub-acute rehab teams in Marlborough and Middletown. The successful candidate will split time between the two facilities, with paid travel time between sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in CT.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with rehab and nursing teams to support residents.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and billing-ready notes.
• Support flexible scheduling between Marlborough and Middletown facilities.
