Liberty Health in Falcon, NC seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a compassionate rehab team. You will design individualized therapy plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care in an in-house therapy program.

Candidates must have completed an accredited therapy program, hold an NC license, and have about 1 year of rehab SNF experience. CFY not accepted; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
