Job summary

Liberty Health Kernersville, North Carolina, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time SNF rehab role. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and provide in-house therapy with local management support.

The ideal candidate is licensed in North Carolina, a graduate of an accredited therapy program, with at least 1 year of rehab SNF experience; CFY candidates are not eligible, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state where you will work; must have 3 C's.
• 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred.
• This is not a CFY position.
• Background checks/drug-free workplace.
• EOE.
