Job summary

Liberty Health Chapel Hill in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Parkview Health & Rehabilitation Center.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehab services, develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diseases and impairments, and provide in-house therapy with local management support. Must have graduated from an accredited therapy program, hold a state license, and have prior SNF rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state where you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Address a variety of diseases and impairments with progressive treatment modalities.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
