Job summary

PruittHealth in Kentucky is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive, growth-focused environment. This full-time role offers up to $130,000 annually, relocation assistance, merit increases, and access to career development resources.

You will evaluate, treat, document, and collaborate within our care teams, with emphasis on compliance and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ASHA accredited school; foreign-trained must be deemed equivalent to U.S. entry-level by ASHA-approved credentialing organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner
• Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor
