Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals.
• Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management.
• Track resident progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehabilitation team members.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
