Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Houston, TX. The role offers a competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits within a supportive rehab team.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• TX SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs considered when supervision is available.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
