Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language services across a cluster of charter school campuses in the High Desert region. The role includes assessment, direct therapy, and consultation to support IEP goals in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• California SLP license or CCC-SLP.
• California SLP Services Credential (or eligibility).
• Experience conducting special education assessments and writing legally defensible reports.
• Strong working knowledge of IDEA and California special education code.
• Willingness to travel between campuses within the High Desert cluster.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, articulation, fluency, and voice assessments to determine eligibility for special education services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions per IEP-mandated frequency and duration
• Participate in IEP meetings; write assessment reports and present findings to families and staff
• Consult with teachers and paraprofessionals on classroom communication strategies and accommodations
• Support AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) device implementation and training as needed
• Maintain compliance with assessment timelines and triennial review deadlines
• Collaborate with school psychologists, ABA providers, and other related service staff serving shared students across sites
