Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services across a cluster of charter school campuses in the High Desert region. Responsibilities include assessment, direct therapy, and collaboration with staff to support students’ communication goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, California SLP licensure/CCC-SLP, and experience with IDEA and IEP processes, with flexibility for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for SLP licensure in state.
• California licensure and CCC-SLP credentials required or eligible.
• Experience conducting special education assessments and writing reports.
• Strong knowledge of IDEA and California special education code.
• Willingness to travel between campuses within High Desert cluster.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Provide individual and group therapy per IEP frequency and duration.
• Participate in IEP meetings; write reports and present findings.
• Consult with teachers on classroom communication strategies.
• Support AAC device implementation and training as needed.
• Maintain assessment timelines and triennial review deadlines.
• Collaborate with school psychologists, ABA providers, and other staff.
