Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services and incorporates patient and family in goal setting.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, consulting with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Completes appropriate discharge planning and accurate documentation.
• Meets productivity expectations and manages an accurate schedule.
• Pursues continuing education and mentors new staff and students.
