Jobot Consulting is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy for the 25-26 school year. This role supports a diverse student population and requires strong knowledge of speech disorders and language impairments, along with effective collaboration with teachers and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a Colorado state SLP license, and at least 1 year of school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Colorado state SLP license.
• At least 1 year of experience as an SLP in a school setting.
• Knowledge of speech disorders and language impairments and evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate goals.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate staff and parents on speech-language development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress.
• Stay updated with current research and best practices.
