Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students' needs and goals.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate goals into classroom and home settings.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate and train school staff and parents on supporting speech and language development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss progress and plan future needs.
• Stay updated with research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
