Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Boise, part of Vibra Healthcare, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered SLP services in Boise, ID. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and documentation under physician orders.

Requirements include an active SLP license in the state, CFY in progress or CC-SLP, ASHA membership, and Vibra-approved BLS certification; one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of employment.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or in the process of completing CFY year.
• Member of ASHA required.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Speech-Language Pathologist services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation.
