Vibra Hospital of Boise in Boise, ID seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide and direct SLP services. The role involves assessment, treatment, program planning and documentation under physician orders in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active state license, CCC-SLP or CFY progress, and ASHA membership, plus current Vibra-approved BLS certification. Experience preferred and a strong professional image is valued.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active state license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
• CCC-SLP or CFY in progress/required.
• ASHA membership required.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Speech-Language Pathologist services to patients including assessment and treatment.
• Plan and implement therapy programs and document progress.
• Communicate findings and work under physician orders.
